Charleston champions Bethanie Mattek-Sands and Nadia Petrova upset top seeds Cara Black and Liezel Huber in Stuttgart today, 7-5, 4-6, 10-7. Mattek-Sands and Petrova will play 3rd seeds Virginia Ruano Pascual and Zheng Jie in the semifinals.
