When this season's Dancing With the Stars premieres on March 17, one of the contestants will be Monica Seles, who recently announced her retirement from professional tennis. The nine-time Grand Slam winner will have some good company in seeking the title--Marlee Matlin, Adam Carolla and the great Kristi Yamaguchi are among those competing.
Tennis great Iva Majoli appeared on the show in the second season.

Seles is the first tennis player to appear on the American version, though.
Majoli was on a version of the show in Europe, I believe. And Alicia Molik was on the show in Australia.
I don't watch it much; I did think Molik was on the American version, too. Perhaps not. The big draws for me are actually Kristi Yamaguchi and Marlee Matlin.
