What is going on with Firefox?

For the past week or so, I have been unable to access current Sony Ericsson WTA Tour draws on the tour's website when I use Firefox. I can access them fine with Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Does anyone have any insight about this?

Hi Diane,

I'm no techie but I use Safari, I'm on an old mac that can't handle busy websites with too much fancy flash graphics.

I've never heard of chrome, just googled it and fool here finds it a google product!

I usually clear out my cache and history but sometimes the WTA website crashes on me.

I have checked on Firefox and I know different platforms behave differently but I can't access the Tour Draws from Firefox either.

But the archive section is set up differently and I can download the pdf's no problem.

I have always been able to use Firefox to access the draws; this is something new. I made sure my cache was cleared--it made no difference. I, too, can get the archived draws.

Some people complain that Chrome freezes. The only freezes I get from it are on my netbook, but only once in a while. On the other computers, it is fine, and it is very fast.

I only seem to have a problem loading the Dubai draw but reloading the page worked. Using Windows Vista Home Premium, Firefox 3.0.6 and Adobe Reader 8.

So, Anon, I just tried again (using everything you listed) and it worked fine.
