Henin survives Srebotnik in Dubai

This is a match I wish I had seen. Henin hit thirteen aces and eight double faults, putting her unpredictable service game on total display for three sets. Srebotnik took a set by winning an 8-6 tiebreak. The match lasted three hours. When Srebotnik is on, she's on. Maybe next time.

Henin def. Srebotnik, 7-5, 6-7, 6-3

All these good matches in Dubai! When was the last time we had quarterfinals filled with the usual suspects?

The match was indeed amazing. I was cheering on Srebby all the way, especially at the end of the 2nd set. Pity the 3rd didn't go her way, but Henin really knows how to play the big shots.
