To me, Sharapova is an enigma wrapped in a mystery, to misquote Sir Winston on the USSR. She's been to the heights of (i) the tennis world and (ii) the celebrity world, and she's suffered an injury that hurts the most critical part of her game.
Seems to me whatever happens to her depends, as it has to date, on how she focuses her will and whether her body can deliver what her will demands.

Merry Christmas and Happy 2011, Diane.
Best to you, too, Bill.
I really hope Sharapova's body can hold up; I have some faith in her mental strength.
