"I think, all she had to do was show up."

So said Serena Williams of Justine Henin, who won their French Open quarterfinal match, 6-4, 6-3. The dejected Williams said she had a bad practice, and that gave her a bad feeling about the match. The sluggish Australian Open champion looked as if she were slogging through sand as Henin gracefully slid and glided her way to an easy victory. It was a bit of a shock, especially for those of us who thought Williams had a very good chance to win this year's French Open.

Henin will now face Jelena Jankovic, over whom she has a 5-0 career lead. They last played in Berlin a few weeks ago. Jankovic was up 4-0 in the third, and Henin still won the match.
