Monica Puig's Road to Roland Garros is worth watching (she turns into The Djoker at the end).
Here's a good look at Aga Radwanska's forehand slice.
Just when you thought it was safe to listen to Brad Gilbert....He has nicknamed Jamie Hampton "Hampton Inn Suites." Not as bad as calling Yanina Wickmayer "Wicker Chair," but--well, it is as bad, isn't it?
Get to know Darija Jurak.
Jelena Gencic, who coached young Monica Seles, died today in
Belgrade. Gencic also coached Goran Ivanisevic, and is credited with
discovering ATP world number 1 Novak Djokovic.

Well, regarding Brad Gilbert, I don't even know about Hampton Inn Suites. And why make a name longer?Crazy-I like his enthusiasm but-yeah crazy.
Djokovic has spoken of Gencic having him listen to classical music and read philosophy. She seems like an extraordinary coach from what I have heard Seles, Djokovic and Goran say about her.
Also I have been getting by on the on-line stuff from Tennis Channel. Since they lost the appeal vs Comcast I will never get the channel. But watching on-line has been so much better than hearing ESPN2. I haven't heard any of their voices and couldn't be better.
I'm having trouble with the TC feed online, and I've done everything I know to do to fix it. I can still use it, though. I wish the majors were on Tennis TV because those are my favorite commentators, as a group.
Ha! Loved the Puig "Road to Roland Garros." Wish it would have been longer, actually.
Yeah, Tennis TV. Agree with you Diane. Of course TC stopped on-line today-getting to the back end of the tournament and we can't have the people see that for free. Wanted to see Kerber and Kuznetsova. Did get to see Fed in 5 to reach 900 on the couple of hours NBC gave me. Ah yes, I am writing on Sunday the 2nd
I think it's just an iPad issue because viewing requires enhanced Flash software and the whole iPad/iPhone app is designed to get around Flash. There should be no trouble watching on Android, etc. Or a non-mobile device.
