Diane, can you just picture Tarzan pole vaulting around(plus octopus, of course)... there's be no stopping him... :)
But that would be Roxie. Roxie not only jumps onto high shelves, etc., but sometimes--just because she can--she springs high into the air from the floor. If you toss her toy mouse, she can spring several feet and catch it mid-air.

Hope the cat didn't end up falling off. It's amazing what cats can balance themselves on when they out their minds to it.
I'm glad Ziggy made you feel a bit better, Claire.
Vicki, our cats sit on stacks of books all the time. I'm just grateful that Ziggy is not an Olympic-grade high-jumper like Roxie.
