I find that I can easily access the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour site using Internet Explorer and Chrome, but there are periodic problems with Firefox. Firefox is my usual browser, though I do use Chrome, too. Lately, though, it has been impossible to look at the draws via Firefox. I'm using the lastest version.
Are others having this problem?

I was at university the other day and I tried to look up the draws from the WTA site, and an order of play from the ATP site, and those computers use Firefox. I couldn't look at any of them, it just turned into a white page. I don't know what the problem is, but I can say it was annoying.
Diane,
I'm running Firefox 3.0 on my PC and have been having trouble accessing the draws as well. Lately, I've just started using my Mac and Safari to visit the site as it takes forever to open the PDF draws.
I also have problems accessing their PDFs with Firefox. But it's not impossible. I try I few times, and in the end I open the draw.
My problem is a bit different: When I go to the page on which you click to open the draws, I get a half-page with old draws listed. This is a new problem. Before, the correct draws were listed, and the .pdf files opened--sometimes easily, sometimes not.
Yess, the draws did go weird with FireFox starting a week or so ago. I've always had trouble with the WTA site with FF (the Results page would only ever show one event, and nothing but gibberish below that.. though it's a BIT better now), but the Draws thing is new.. though you can relive the Japan Open again and again and again if you like... :P
I use firefox 3 and just tried to download a draw from the WTA website and worked fine went straight to it. It may be that your PDF reader is out of date. Is the only thing I can think of. If that doesn't hit your computer, it won't fix the problem but it might make you feel better.
The draws are fine. It's the draw page that doesn't work. Like Craig said, I can click on the Japan Open or the Tashkent Open.
Oh,and every once in a while--not often--the scoreboards are blank in Firefox.
I'm using Firefox 3.0.3 and Acrobat Reader 8.1.2 on Windows Vista and I see the draws just fine -- though the draw for Quebec City draw has the wrong date "10 October - 2 November, 2008." But I DO have trouble loading tennis.com in Firefox on Vista (works with XP); the browser freezes and I have to use Internet Explorer. Anyone have THAT problem?
No, I don't have any trouble at all with Tennis.com.
